Congratulations to our latest group of Black Belts.

Courage Hall in Brentwood was the venue where the grading took place. No doubt everyone was feeling nervous with much pacing and trips to the toilet, but once started the nerves disappear and you become very focussed.

The standard once again was very high with some achieving credits. They will all agree the hours of hard work, sweat and in some cases tears was well worth it once that new belt was tied around their waist.
