For those of you who do not know what this is. The Ed Award goes to the person who has made the most blunders whilst at a competition or course away. The original winner was Ed Bowden, hence the Ed Award. The prestigious list of winners are:-

Julie Castle For “It looks like another country” Whilst travelling through Malta
Adam Byne Just too many to mention!
Tom Grainger  For throwing a kama at a 7th Dan - oops! And falling off the winner’s podium
Sam Norton For unknowingly wearing his gi bottoms inside out and back to front. Guess he did not know if he was coming or going!
Morgan Gray For forgetting his gi and bokken when going to the Southend competition.
Ben Freese For opening his mouth about Sensei Dave James stag weekend which had been kept secret for a year, luckily Dave did not hear.
Gary Hewitt For forgetting to bring his weapons to a competition when entered into a weapons kata category, also for escaping the Ed award too many times.
Chelsie Stansfield For trying to smuggle sai's onto a flight as hand luggage, losing her budo and the Danish suduko.
